Whether you're visiting our main hospital campus or one of our other facilities, we can help you find your way. You can find specific parking information for the hospital or clinics on their individual location pages.
PATIENT AND VISITOR PARKING TICKET VALIDATION
Baystate Medical Center is now offering a parking validation ticket control system for all gated patient and visitor parking areas. Please make sure you bring your paper validation ticket with you to have validated when checking in with the staff.
Parking is still free for all patients and visitors.
Finding Your Way in Our Hospitals
If you need assistance, ask someone wearing a Baystate Health badge for help. You can also follow photo-based directions using Baystate Health’s WayToGo direction tool (WayToGo is also available within the MyBaystate mobile app).
Hotel Accommodations
In many cases, we have made special arrangements with area hotels, motels and bed & breakfasts for families and visitors.
