To obtain the most accurate estimate of the patient out of pocket costs, it is strongly recommended that patients should contact their insurer to request an estimate. Patients with no insurance coverage are eligible for a prompt pay discount off posted charges. Financial assistance may be available to lower an uninsured patient’s actual out of pocket expenses. If you have questions about financial assistance, please call 413-794-2452.
