The Baystate High Street Health Center, located at 140 High St in Springfield, is currently closed due to a broken water pipe. Providers are reaching out to patients impacted by this closure. Patients should continue to call (413) 794-2511 for care needs, including telehealth. All other provider sites and clinics are open.

Patient and Visitor Parking Ticket Validationbaystate medical center parking validation

Baystate Medical Center is now offering a parking validation ticket control system for all gated patient and visitor parking areas. Please make sure you bring your paper validation ticket with you to have validated when checking in with the staff.

Parking is still free for all patients and visitors.

Finding Your Way In Our Hospitals

If you need assistance, ask someone wearing a Baystate Health badge for help.

You can also use the wayfinding tool in the MyBaystate mobile app. It will guide you step-by-step with photos and directions to hundreds of locations within Baystate Health hospitals, including clinics, labs, cafeterias, and more.

To use the wayfinding tool:

1. Select the hospital you are at.
2. Select your starting point.
3. Select your destination.
4. Follow the photographs and directions to reach your destination.

The wayfinding tool is also available on your computer.
