Refer a Patient to Us
We work with referring providers in the communities we serve to make the patient referral process as smooth and easy as possible. Find out how you can refer a patient to our team.
Find a Provider
We make it easy for you to find a specialist within the Baystate Health network when your patient needs a referral. Our Find a Provider search lets you narrow your search by:
- Location
- Specialty
- Availability of virtual visits
- Affiliated Baystate Health hospital
- Whether the provider is accepting new patients
- Language(s) the provider speaks

Access Our EMR
If you have referred a patient to us and want to view that patient’s information, log in to our EMR. You will need your ID and password to log in.
Regional Patient Transfer Service
If your patient requires specialty care from our team, we can help you arrange patient transfers or direct admissions from area hospitals or community providers. Get started with our patient transfer system.
Provider Verification
Outside organizations may request verification of providers in good standing that are on staff at Baystate Medical Center, Baystate Franklin Medical Center and Baystate Mary Lane Outpatient Center.
Included in the verification will be the ability to print a verification letter on Baystate Health letterhead, with your facility name, your address and our signature. To obtain this letter, click on the provider's name.
Testing and Diagnostic Expertise
