Visit Labcorp’s patient service center locator to find a location near you and make an appointment (walk-ins are also welcome). When you arrive at a Labcorp patient service center, please be sure to bring a photo ID, insurance card, and a form of payment.

You can download the Labcorp Patient™ app to view Labcorp test results, pay your bill, make an appointment, or locate a patient service center near you.
