GET TECHNOLOGY HELP FROM I&T
Log in to ServiceNow to get I&T help. You can submit a ticket if something is broken, reset an application password, order software and hardware, request access and services, track your tickets, and more. Submitting a ticket online is the fastest and best way to get help and for the I&T team to ensure the right person is assigned to solve your problem.
If you cannot log in, try resetting your network / email password by following the steps below.

Access Your Employee Information
Review your paycheck, tax information, paid time off, benefits summary, performance documents, and other personal employee information.
- Log in to Workday to access current employee information including paychecks, benefits, and more.
- Access Kronos to manage timesheets.

Secure Network Access
You can remotely access The Hub, most applications, shared drives and other secure programs and information. If you have a BH assigned device at home, ask I&T about adding the Forticlient VPN to your device.
From a non-BH device, please use:
- MyDA (MyDesktopAnywhere, virtual desktop access for employees)
- Citrix (remote.bhs.org), a virtual access option available as a backup to MyDA)
