Get Technology Help from I&T

Log in to ServiceNow to get I&T help. You can submit a ticket if something is broken, order software and hardware, request access and services, track your tickets, and more. Submitting a ticket online is the fastest and best way to get help and for the I&T team to ensure the right person is assigned to solve your problem.

Reset your network / email password. If that does not work, please call the I&T Service Desk: 413-794-3000 (Monday – Friday, 6 am to 6 pm).

Access Your Employee Information

Review your paycheck, tax information, paid time off, benefits summary, performance documents, and other personal employee information.

  • Log in to Workday to access current employee information including paychecks, benefits, and more.
  • Access UKG to manage timesheets.

Secure Network Access

You can remotely access The Hub, most applications, shared drives and other secure programs and information. If you have a BH assigned device at home, ask I&T about adding the Forticlient VPN to your device.  

From a non-BH device, please use:

  1. MyDA (MyDesktopAnywhere, virtual desktop access for employees)
  2. Citrix (remote.bhs.org), a virtual access option available as a backup to MyDA)

Notice to Employees: IRS Form 1095-C Availability

IRS Form 1095-C provides information about the health insurance coverage offered to you by Baystate Health for the 2025 calendar year.

Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, applicable large employers are no longer required to distribute form 1095-C to Plan participants. Instead, Baystate Health has elected to make Form 1095-C available electronically in Workday.

About Form 1095-C

Form 1095-C is not required to be included with your federal tax return, but it contains information about the health coverage offered to you and should be kept for your records. The 1099-HC which is required to be included with your Massachusetts state tax return will be mailed to you directly from Health New England prior to the IRS deadline for that document of January 31, 2026.

Notice Posting & Availability

This notice will be posted on the Baystate Health Employee Resources Page at Baystatehealth.org as well as on the Benefits Quick Links HUB page on or before the deadline required by the IRS, which is January 31, 2026, and will remain available through October 15 of the year following the reporting year.

How to Obtain a copy of your 1095-C Form from Workday

On the Home Page of Workday, click on “Your Top Apps” then click on “View All Apps.” From here, click on the Benefits & Pay App and then click the Benefits Drop down carrot. Now click on “ACA Forms.”

How to Request Your Form 1095-C

If you would like a copy of your IRS Form 1095-C, please contact HRAnswers using one of the options below:

When making your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your employee ID
  • Your preferred email address or mailing address if you prefer to have it mailed
  • A statement that you are requesting your Form 1095-C for 2025

Delivery of Your Requested Form

Once your request is received, HRAnswers will provide your Form 1095-C by the later of:

  • March 2, 2026, or
  • 30 days from the date we receive your request (whichever date is later).
