The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR)-guided Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is non-inferior to coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) in patients with multi-vessel Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). FFF-guided PCI might result in lower rates of death, heart attack, and the need for repeat revascularization as compared to what was seen after CABG surgery.
