Our award-winning Diversity Program connects minority, women, and veteran-owned companies and small businesses with procurement opportunities at Baystate Health.

Supplier Diversity Criteria

Baystate Health recognizes the following diversity classifications:

• Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Business Enterprise (LGBTE)
• Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
• Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB)
• Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
• Veteran-Owned Business (VOB)
• Woman Business Enterprise (WBE)

In order to be considered, certification of your company meeting minimum eligibility criteria must be provided from a third party agency. We currently accept diversity certifications from the following:

• Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC)
• Premier, Inc.
• Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
• Government agencies

The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office provides resources for those businesses located in the Commonwealth.
