The Satellite Emergency Facility at Baystate Mary Lane Outpatient Center

Baystate Mary Lane Outpatient Center's Satellite Emergency Facility is open 24 hours per day providing urgent and emergency care. With our 30 minute pledge, we guarantee you will see a provider within 30 minutes of your arrival.

Our facility is staffed by full time physicians who are all board certified in emergency medicine, and some with subspecialty certification, as well. Our nursing team is trained in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. In addition, our team has immediate access to the team of trauma specialists at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. We offer free blood pressure screenings daily from 6-9 am.

You will find the latest in life-saving technology in our Satellite Emergency Facility, and a mobile electronic medical record system, which allows our staff to access information and patient records across Baystate's four hospital system.
