BusinessWest: Dr. Kevin Hinchey and Rebecca Blanchard discuss population health, a part of the PURCH program (a branch of UMass Medical School) which allows medical students to add another layer to their education by taking future physicians out of the "classroom" setting and getting them involved in the community.
