Baystate Health, Inc. (“Applicant”) located at 759 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01199 intends to file a Notice of Determination of Need (“Application”) with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for the establishment of a mobile MRI service at Baystate Wing Hospital, located at 40 Wright Street in Palmer, MA 01069 (“Project”). The total value of the Project based on the maximum capital expenditure is $168,164. The Applicant does not anticipate any price or service impacts on the Applicant’s existing patient panel as a result of the Project.
