Baystate Rheumatology - Springfield is located on the ground floor of the Chestnut Surgery Center at Baystate Medical Center. We serve as your central hub for comprehensive outpatient care. Our rheumatologists focus on the timely diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of complex conditions that affect your joints, muscles, and connective tissues—like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and scleroderma.

Parking
Arriving at Baystate Medical Center, follow signage to the Chestnut Building. We offer free, on-site, parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the Chestnut Parking Lot.
