Conveniently located for Longmeadow residents, we provide a faster alternative to emergency rooms for non-emergency, time-sensitive medical needs.
Booking, Visiting & Billing
Please keep in mind that the Longmeadow Convenient Care location may close to walk-ins and new appointments later in the day as capacity is reached. If you are planning on walking in after 3 pm, we recommend calling ahead to book an appointment, to make sure we know you are coming and we can accommodate you based on availablity.
We see patients who are outside of Baystate Primary Care; however, a referral and greater cost sharing may be required according to your insurance. We will reach out to your primary care provider (PCP) to secure a referral after your visit. If authorization is not granted, the entire charge for the visit may become the responsibility of the patient.
