We also offer ongoing support and care for our patients and their families. Our experienced team is committed to delivering the highest level of care with compassion and understanding.

With a focus on treatments related to cognition, the Baystate Memory Assessment and Care Clinic serves individuals aged 65 and over who are experiencing memory, language, or cognitive losses or have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or another form of dementia and are seeking an evaluation and specialized care.
