Applying to the PGY-2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency

Application Process

The Baystate PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency participates in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Resident Matching Program.

Online Application

  • Application deadline is January 5, 2024.
  • Submit application through PhORCAS – Program Match Code Number: 659169

Application Package

All PhORCAS application must include the following:

  • Pharmacy School Transcript (sent directly from your school to PhORCAS)
  • 3 Letters of reference (PhORCAS form is acceptable)
  • Letter of Intent
  • Curriculum Vitae

Requirements for Acceptance

  • Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
  • PharmD or equal clinical experience
  • Completion of an accredited PGY1 residency program
  • Completed application package submitted by the deadline
