The Wellness on Wheels Bus is collaborating with our community partners to visit their sites in the community.
Current services offered (unless otherwise stated): BP screenings and education & resources related to BP control & prevention, COVID test kit distribution (Spfld only-provided by SDHHS), Breast Cancer screening assessment questions, prediabetes, risk for type 2 diabetes, Narcan, HIP, 413Cares, BH primary care & patient portal, mammograms.
