About Baystate Wound Care - Palmer

Baystate Wound Care - Palmer is located in the second floor of Baystate Wing Hospital.

Wound care services are offered in partnership with Healogics Inc., the nation's leading provider of advanced, chronic wound care services.

The wound care program is an outpatient program that focuses on chronic and non-healing wounds. Using advanced treatment modalities and a case management model, the care team will aggressively manage wounds to ensure they heal quickly and completely.

All patients will receive dedicated and specialized attention, with a goal to return to life free from the pain of chronic wounds.
