Our Services
If you have a general health concern, we are ready to see you and help you address it. Our team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals—many of whom have been here and lived in the community for many years. Our practice has earned recognition for our excellent patient experience from Massachusetts Health Quality Partners.
We provide medical care to patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. Your child won’t have to transition out of our care just because they reach a certain age. Some of our providers see both children and adults, while others only see adults. Whichever type of provider you prefer, we’re able to meet your needs.
You or your child will benefit from our expert, compassionate primary care, which includes:
- Chronic disease management
- Disease prevention
- Education about health conditions
- Health maintenance and preventive care
- Regular physicals
- Scheduled visits for vaccinations, including vaccines for the flu and COVID-19
- Sick and urgent visits
Additional Services
As our patient, you’ll have access to lab services from Baystate Reference Laboratories (BRL), located within our building for your convenience. You may only access our BRL services on the same day as your appointment with us.
We also provide an integrated behavioral health program to address the short-term mental and behavioral health needs of our patients. We work closely with psychiatrists and therapists to help create a customized treatment plan and help you access long-term treatment.
We use Baystate Health’s video-based language interpretation services if you or your loved one speaks a language other than English.
If you need emergency or specialty care, we work closely with our colleagues at nearby Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, and Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, as well as providers throughout the Baystate Health system.
What Is Internal Medicine?
Internal medicine doctors and nurse practitioners provide patient-centered care for all the medical concerns and conditions an adult may experience. This is different from other medical specialties, which typically provide care to patients of any age (family medicine), a specific type of patient (women, children, etc.), patients with particular types of conditions or providing a particular type of care.
Internal medicine often serves as the first step in a patient’s healthcare journey. Our internal medicine providers care for all adults.
What Is Pediatrics?
Pediatric doctors provide care for the medical concerns and conditions of children. Our pediatricians care for children of all ages.
Specialty Care
We are part of an integrated clinical network that includes specialists, hospitals, home care, laboratory and imaging services. If your condition requires that you see a specialist, we can coordinate your care with specialists within our high-quality network. All our providers use the same medical records to make your care seamless.
Our Healthcare Environment
We are committed to improving your health and wellness, as well as those in our community, by providing quality care in an environment that values:
- Teamwork
- Innovation
- Cultural and language diversity
- Educational excellence
- Respect
As a result, we’re able to establish meaningful relationships with our patients. These relationships help us build trust, which results in better care.
Advanced Practice Providers: A Vital Part of Your Care
We are dedicated to ensuring you have access to the care you need when you need it. That’s why we include advanced practice providers (APPs) in our practice, including nurse practitioners and other professionals. These providers help us expand the level of care we’re able to provide to members of our community.
