Booking, Visiting & Billing
Please keep in mind that locations may be closed to walk-ins and new registrations later in the day based on capacity. If you are planning on walking in after 3 pm, we recommend calling ahead to book an appointment, to make sure we know you are coming and the location can accommodate you based on capacity.
We see patients who are outside of Baystate Primary Care but a referral and greater cost sharing may be required according to your insurance. We will reach out to your PCP to secure a referral after the visit. If they are unwilling to give us authorization, the entire charge for the visit may become the responsibility of the patient.
