To schedule an annual physical, follow-up, or same-day sick visit, select “Request Appointment” with one of our providers through our Find a Provider tool. You can schedule appointments online or through the MyBaystate portal.

What Is Family Medicine?
Family medicine doctors and nurse practitioners provide patient-centered care for all the medical concerns and conditions a family might experience. This is different from other medical specialties, which typically focus on either a specific type of patient (adults, women, children, etc.), patients with particular types of conditions or providing a particular type of care.
Family medicine often serves as the first step in a patient’s healthcare journey. Our family physicians care for adults and children ages 2 and up.
