Convenient Care: An Extension of Primary Care

If you need care in Springfield and can’t wait for a regular primary care appointment, our Convenient Care location at 305 Bicentennial Highway offers same-day, walk-in, and scheduled medical care with extended hours to fit your busy schedule. When you visit urgent care for non-emergency, but time-sensitive medical needs, you help keep emergency rooms open for those who need immediate, intensive care.

Booking, Visiting & Billing

Please keep in mind that this location may close to walk-ins and new appointments later in the day as they reach capacity. If you are planning on walking in after 3 pm, we recommend calling ahead to book an appointment, to make sure we know you are coming and we can accommodate you based on capacity.

We see patients who are outside of Baystate Primary Care but a referral and greater cost sharing may be required according to your insurance. We will reach out to your primary care provider (PCP) to secure a referral after your urgent care visit. If they are unwilling to give us authorization, the entire charge for the visit may become the responsibility of the patient.

What Kinds of Symptoms & Conditions are Right for Convenient Care Clinics?

  • Urinary tract infections (pain or burning when urinating)
