Virtual Office Hours

Our virtual office hours are monthly, remote "drop-in" sessions with discussions about academic advancement that are driven by participant interest. Attendees should come prepared with specific questions related to the appointment and promotion process that can be shared with the group.

Sessions are held the first Thursday of every month, from 12:15-12:45pm. All current or prospective UMass Chan-Baystate faculty are welcome to attend.

If you would like to attend an upcoming session, simply join the zoom meeting during the scheduled meeting time. Alternatively, you can also e-mail Melissa Martini, AA, Faculty Development Coordinator, Office of Faculty Affairs, at for a calendar invitation.
