Diabetes Self Management Education Program

The Baystate Health Diabetes Self-Management Program is designed to help adult patients and their families learn to manage their diabetes and live full and productive lives. Our program was recently recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting national standards for diabetes self-management education.

One-Stop Thyroid Clinic

We offer convenient, multidisciplinary care in one place at the Baystate Health Thyroid Clinic. Patients with thyroid conditions can come to the clinic to see providers who are specialized in caring for thyroid cancer and other conditions.

Multidisciplinary Thyroid Cancer Program

Our specialized thyroid cancer team includes experts in adult and pediatric endocrinology, endocrine surgery, oncology, and molecular pathology.

Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes

Our pediatric endocrinology team is specially trained to diagnose and treat diabetes and a variety of hormone, growth, and gland problems in children.

Pediatric Weight Management Program

The Comprehensive Pediatric Weight Management Program is a multidisciplinary program for children between two and 22 years old who are clinically obese (BMI> 95% for age). This program offers children and families resources aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.
