Diabetes Self-Management Education Program

The Baystate Health Diabetes Self-Management Program is designed to help adult patients and their families learn to manage their diabetes and live full and productive lives. Our program was recently recognized by the American Diabetes Association for meeting national standards for diabetes self-management education.

You need a written healthcare provider referral to participate in the diabetes self management program, and some insurance carriers require prior approval for consultations. We recommend that you contact your insurer if you have any questions.

Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes Program

The specialists that run our pediatric endocrinology and diabetes program diagnose and treat diabetes and a variety of hormone, growth, and gland problems in children. They are specially trained to provide inpatient and outpatient support across a child’s entire endocrinology journey, including diagnosis, treatment and education.

Thyroid Cancer Program
