The Baystate Primary Care and Pediatrics - Springfield Patient Portal is a secure, HIPAA compliant way for patients to communicate with our providers and staff. The patient portal also allows our patients the opportunity to view lab results online, send and receive messages, order prescription refills, access forms, update demographic information, in addition to other functions.
