Booking, Visiting & Billing

Please keep in mind that this location may close to walk-ins and new appointments later in the day as they reach capacity. If you are planning on walking in after 3 pm, we recommend calling ahead to book an appointment, to make sure we know you are coming and we can accommodate you based on capacity.

We see patients who are outside of Baystate Primary Care but a referral and greater cost sharing may be required according to your insurance. We will reach out to your primary care provider (PCP) to secure a referral after your urgent care visit. If they are unwilling to give us authorization, the entire charge for the visit may become the responsibility of the patient.
