Mission
Baystate Women in Medicine and Science (BWIMS) members are physicians, faculty, advanced clinical providers, and scientists who identify as women at Baystate Health. BWIMS serves as an institutional resource by providing a forum to promote policies, practices, and programs that support women’s organizational advancement.
Goals
- Promote academic and leadership advancement of physicians, faculty, advanced clinical providers, and scientists who identify as women
- Optimize the recruitment and retention of diverse talent
- Ensure access to effective mentors and opportunities for skill development
