MyBaystate Health Patient Portal
Baystate Health is launching MyBaystate Health, a modern, secure patient portal powered by Oracle Health. MyBaystate Health will make it easier to view appointments and cancel certain eligible appointment types, message your care team, view health information and stay connected to your care, all in one place.
Registration is required and starts November, 1, 2026.
What to Know Before November 1
Starting October 26, the current MyBaystate portal will be in read-only mode through October 31. During this period, patients will not be able to send secure messages, submit prescription refill or renewal requests, or use unavailable appointment-request functions.
On November 1, the new MyBaystate Health patient portal will launch and registration will begin. Patients will need to create a new account. Current MyBaystate usernames and passwords will not transfer to the new portal.
Secure messages sent through the current MyBaystate portal from October 2025 through October 31, 2026, will carry over to the new MyBaystate Health portal for eligible Baystate Health patients.
Beginning November 1, patients will be able to view appointments and self-schedule eligible Physical Exam and Return Visit appointments. Online appointment rescheduling will not be available. To reschedule an appointment, or to cancel an appointment that is not eligible for cancellation through the portal, contact your provider’s office.
How to Register for MyBaystate Health
Registration opens on November 1. You will complete the registration process yourself. A Baystate team member cannot create an account on your behalf.
You will complete the registration form by entering your personal information, such as your name, address and date of birth, and complete an identity verification. You do not need a separate patient ID to create your new account.
Ways to Register:
- Use an Oracle Health invitation email. Patients with a current active MyBaystate account will receive an email with a registration link from Oracle Health on November 1. The registration link from Oracle Health will be valid for 30 days. If you do not receive the email or the link expires, use one of the registration options below.
- Receive a registration link from an authorized Baystate team member. During a patient visit, authorized team members may send you a registration link by email. You will create your own account, choose your own password and complete identity verification.
- Use the Baystate Health website registration form. On November 1, you may use the Baystate registration form. Baystate will review your request and send you a registration link. Identity verification for requests via the website may take three to five business days.
