Manage Your Prescriptions with Us

We make it easy to keep your prescriptions up to date, no matter who your provider is.

Fill New Prescriptions: Ask your provider to send your prescriptions to us or bring your paper prescription to our pharmacy.
Refill or Transfer Prescriptions: Switching pharmacies and requesting a refill is simple. Call us at 413-794-9960.
Become a New Patient: Give our pharmacy team a call to become a new pharmacy patient, or have your provider send scripts directly to us.

Our pharmacists are always available to help with questions, check for medicine interactions, and make sure you understand how to take your medications safely.

We also offer Over the Counter (OTC) medications. Our pharmacists are available for consultation for these medications.

Local Prescription Delivery

If you can’t pick up your prescription in person, we offer free local delivery from our Mason Square location. We'll bring your medications right to your door, making it easier for you to stay on track with your health.

When you call about your prescription, just ask about medication drop-off options for the local surrounding areas including, but not limited to Springfield, West Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, and Agawam.

Parking

Free on-site parking is available. For pharmacy pick up, there are two dedicated 15-minute parking spots directly outside the building entrance.

Accessibility

All of our entrances, parking facilities, and buildings are fully accessible.

Transportation

Route B7 provides service with stops within 2 blocks of this location with weekday service every 15 minutes from Union Station beginning at 6 am and continuing until 6 pm (Note: this route also provides some service along that route from 5 am until 10:25 pm).

Route B17 has weekday service every 45 minutes from Union Station, beginning at 6:45 am and continuing until 6 pm.
