Operations Update
The operations at Baystate Behavioral Health - Palmer will be transitioning on or about August 1, 2026 to the Center for Human Development (CHD), to ensure long-term, local access to outpatient behavioral health. Until the transition, patient care and services at Baystate Behavioral Health - Palmer will continue without change. Once the transition occurs, CHD will continue to provide services at the Griswold Center, 42 Wright Street, Palmer.

The Griswold Center is located across the parking lot from Baystate Wing Hospital.
