Convenient Care: An extension of Primary Care

If you need urgent care in Westfield and can’t wait for a regular primary care appointment, Baystate Convenient Care – Westfield offers same‑day, walk‑in, and scheduled medical care with extended hours designed to fit your day. By choosing Convenient Care for non‑emergency but time‑sensitive health concerns, you help keep emergency departments available for patients who need urgent, life‑saving care.

Booking, Visiting & Billing

Please keep in mind that this Westfield Convenient Care location may close to walk‑ins and new appointments later in the day as capacity is reached. If you are planning on walking in after 3 p.m., we recommend calling ahead to book an appointment so our care team can plan for your visit and accommodate you based on availability.

We see patients who are outside of Baystate Primary Care; however, a referral and additional cost sharing may be required based on your insurance plan. After your urgent care visit, we will contact your primary care provider (PCP) to request a referral. If authorization is not granted, the full cost of the visit may become the responsibility of the patient.
