Curriculum Goals
- Train proficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective experts in psychosomatic medicine through a broad range of patient experiences in multiple settings enhanced by seminars and effective supervision.
- Preparing fellows to be leaders in their field through building effective liaison relationships with other specialties and furthering their skills of professionalism.
- Fostering lifelong learning through integration of academic activities, teaching, and scholarly projects locally through Baystate Medical Center practices and nationally through professional organizations.
- Provide teaching that promotes recognition and acceptance of individual and cultural differences, and understanding of social factors that influence health.
We offer a flexible, customizable experience in a variety of practice settings including inpatient work at Baystate Medical Center, virtual inpatient consultation at community hospital sites, and outpatient integrated behavioral health and memory disorders clinic.
