WebMD Health Coaching
As of January 1, 2022 Baystate Health is ending its partnership with WebMD. Registered users will no longer have access to the portal and its tools, including Health Coaching.
If you are interested in coaching, you do have an option through our Magellan Worklife and EAP Support program. Coaches through Magellan provide confidential, unbiased support to help you shape your purpose and stay on track.
How does coaching work?
You define the change you want to make, whether it be personal or professional. Your coach offers support to help you create a clear plan of action using SMART goals.
You will meet with the same coach, at regular intervals, by phone or video teleconference until your needs have been met. Your coach will assist you with problem-solving, revising your action plan as appropriate, follow-up, and accountability. Coaches can also provide helpful resources and education to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
These coaches are available at no-cost through your Magellan Worklife and EAP Support program. Your coach will help s you clarify your goals, identify obstacles that hold you back, and develop action-based solutions to achieve your goals. More about Magellan’s coaching program:

• Meet regularly with the same coach by phone or video
