Flexible Work Arrangements Policy

It is the policy of Baystate Health to consider flexible work arrangements for eligible employees in order to accomplish work efficiently while accommodating individual needs of employees.

Remote Work Arrangement Policy    

It is the policy of Baystate Health to consider remote work arrangements to accommodate the business needs of the organization.  This policy can only be initiated by management.
