Financial Well-being

Baystate offers a variety of resources to help support your financial health, no matter your income. There are many aspects to having a solid sense of financial well-being. These include:

  • Feeling in control of your day-to day and month-to-month finances — being able to manage your money, in the present.
  • Having the capacity to absorb an unexpected expense — having enough in savings to allow for temporary set-backs.
  • Being on track to meet financial goals.
  • Having the financial freedom to make choices to allow you to enjoy life in ways that are meaningful to you.

Effectively managing your financial responsibilities (and having some left over for fun!) reduces stress and increases your sense of security.
