The Baystate Medical Center PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency Program is designed for the resident. We strive to offer flexibility and customization to accommodate resident career goals and interest areas.   • Core Required Rotations (4 Week Duration): Hospital/Pharmacy Orientation (pharmacy, microbiology laboratory, and infection control); Antimicrobial Stewardship (3 blocks); Infectious Disease Consult Service- Fellow/Resident Teaching Team (3 blocks); Infectious Disease Consult Service- Physician Assistant Team; Medical ICU (1 block); Pediatric Infectious Disease Consult (1 block)
  • Longitudinal Learning Experiences (6): Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Adult Infectious Disease Clinic, Residency Research/Quality Improvement Project, Continuing Education, Academia
