Applying to the Program
All applications are processed through the Fellowship Council.
The following information is required:
- Personal Statement
- Current CV
- 3 - 5 letters of recommendation (which should include a letter from the Surgery Residency Program Director).
- USMLE/COMLEX scores
- ABSITE scores
All fellowship candidates must fulfill Baystate's Resident/Fellow Appointment Requirements.
In addition, applicants to the Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship, must:
- be expecting to graduate general surgery residency training at the end of this academic year.
- be in good academic standing with their program
- be board-eligible in their specialty at the start of the year.
If we elect to invite you for an interview, you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. At that time you will be provided with further details about your interview day.
