To help you schedule your vaccine shot, we've compiled a list of local contacts that offer support.
Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Statewide) Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line
2-1-1 (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm)
Over 500 staffers available for multilingual live phone support for people age 65+ who have trouble accessing the internet to make an appointment. This resource is only able to support individuals with scheduling an appointment and representatives are not able to answer general questions about COVID-19 or provide individual health advice.

City of Greenfield Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Resident (65 and older) can register (self and others) online for all available Greenfield Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic appointments at the Greenfield Senior Center. Residents (for those who cannot use a computer or do not have internet access) may call the health department for assistance with vaccine registration at (413) 775-6411. The hours vary by day of the week and rotate each week.
Holyoke Council on Aging & Senior Center

Available to assist community members (eligible to receive the vaccine) in scheduling vaccine appointments over the phone Monday through Friday, 8 am – 2 pm. If you call after 2 pm, leave a message and a COA staff member will return your call as soon as possible. We are also making a list of those seniors who are not yet eligible so that updates can be communicated as we receive them.
Greater Springfield Senior Services Inc. (GSSSI)

Trained, bilingual team of information and referral specialists. Staff are ready to assist with online sign-ups and are available to answer any questions.
Hampden County Sheriff Department’s All-Inclusive Support Services (AISS) Center

Offering help to anyone who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination and needs help navigating the online scheduling process. If the call goes to voicemail, leave your name and a phone number to reach you and someone will return your call. Please have your personal information on hand include ID, date of birth, and health insurance card if insured.
AISS prefers phone calls, but will also accept walk-ins (if you are wearing masks) at: WW Johnson Life Center, 736 State Street, Springfield.
City of Springfield: Springfield Pubic Libraries and Department of Elder Affairs
Available to help people 65 and older to make appointments for vaccinations at the Eastfield Mall.

- 11 am – 3 pm Saturday (9 am – 5 pm at Central location)

Please be prepared to leave a message with your name and phone number so that a staff member can call you back. You will be asked for the following information and should have it available before calling:
- Name

- A sense of your upcoming schedule (so they can pick the best date and time for an appointment)

Please turn to a family member or friend first. But if you need help and don’t have others you can turn to, please call Maire Brighid at the senior center at (413) 967-9600 between 12-4 pm during work week.
Transportation help: If you cannot drive yourself or have family or friends who can take you to your appointment, you can call the Quaboag Connector for help at 413-544-3401. Transportation assistance is limited at this time due to COVID-19 restriction and the clinics being out of Town. More transportation services will become available when clinics are closer and in town. The Health Director has created a video for further assistance.

Staff are available to assist community members (eligible to receive the vaccine) navigate the vaccine sign-up process. Please call and ask for our Information and Referral Department. City of Westfield Council on Aging and Senior Center
Staff will help those 65 or order with appointment scheduling. You must be able to secure transportation for both appointments and be flexible with where and when you’ll be vaccinated. If you can answer ‘yes’ to these criteria, please call the Senior Center vaccine voicemail at 413-562-6435 and leave your name, home and/or cell phone number, and your date of birth.
