Purpose: We are testing if a Substance Use Treatment and Recovery Team (START) can help people with problems related to opioid use start treatment during or after they are in the hospital.
Eligibility:
Inclusion Criteria
Patient must be in an inpatient unit
Over the age of 18
Must be OUD or have a probable OUD diagnosis of Street Opioids or Pain Meds
Speak English or Spanish as a primary language
Able to provide consent
Exclusion Criteria
Currently receiving an FDA approved medication for OUDLife expectancy is lesser than 6 months
