What Is Primary Care?
Primary Care doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants provide patient-centered care for all the medical concerns and conditions you might experience. This is different from other medical specialties, which typically focus on either a specific type of patient (women, children, etc.), patients with particular types of conditions or providing a particular type of care.
Primary Care often serves as the first step in a patient’s healthcare journey. Our primary care physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) care for all adults age 18 and up.
You’ll have peace of mind knowing a single practice is familiar with and caring for all your medical needs.
Specialty Care
We are part of an integrated clinical network that includes specialists, hospitals, home care, laboratory and imaging services. If your condition requires that you see a specialist, we can coordinate your care with specialists within our high-quality network.
Our Healthcare Environment
We are committed to improving your health and wellness, as well as those in our community, by providing quality care in an environment that values:
- Courage
- Accountability
- Respect
- Agility
- Teamwork
As a result, we’re able to establish meaningful relationships with our patients. These relationships help us build trust, which results in better care.
Advanced Practice Providers: A Vital Part of Your Care
We are dedicated to ensuring you have access to the care you need when you need it. That’s why we include advanced practice providers (APPs) in our practice, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other professionals. These colleagues help us expand the level of care we’re able to provide to members of our community.
