Baystate Kidney Program provides support to patients and families who may be in need of kidney transplant surgery. A service of Baystate Medical Center, our expert team will provide you with the highest quality of kidney care.
At this locations, we'll help you throughout your health journey, including your transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up as well as your living donation evaluation and follow-up.
You can self-refer using our online form or your provider can refer you to our program.
We offer free, on-site, parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All visitor parking is fully accessible.
All of our entrances, parking facilities, and buildings are fully accessible.
The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority operates the B4 Bus, Monday through Friday and stops nearby at 50 Wason Ave. The bus runs Saturdays and Sundays on a different route and schedule.
