Hometown: Branford, CT
Email: Ashley.Roding@baystatehealth.org
Professional interests: I have a strong professional interest in ambulatory care pharmacy, and am specifically interested in the primary care setting and management of chronic disease states.
Personal interests: I love to go on walks and explore new dog friendly areas with my husky, read, and try new crafts!

What attracted you to Baystate Medical Center?
What attracted me to Baystate was the wide variety of outpatient pharmacy rotations offered through the PGY-1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program that would allow me to receive a robust education. I was also drawn to how supportive everyone I met was and knew this was a program that I would grow and thrive in!

What is your favorite thing about living in the area?
I currently live in CT, and I love how beautiful both MA and CT are in the Fall!

What are you most excited for this year?
I am most excited to develop my skills as a new pharmacist through my experiences in all of the clinics this year, as well as develop a clearer idea of which ambulatory care settings I'm most interested in.
