About This Provider:
Colorectal surgeon and Director of Robotic Surgery, Dr. Ziad Kutayli believes we all have a responsibility to take care of each other in this life and to treat others as we would like to be treated. That’s why he encourages his patients to be involved in their care and to educate themselves and their caregivers on their conditions and concerns.
Dr. Kutayli joined Baystate in 2009, and his focus today is on minimally invasive abdominal and pelvic surgery. He values Baystate’s multidisciplinary approach to patient care and the collaboration between specialties, including medical and surgical oncologists, urologists, and gynecologic surgeons. He feels this approach, combined with the state-of-the-art resources available at Baystate, allows each patient to receive the best care possible.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, he’s an avid animal lover and technology enthusiast, and can sometimes be found relaxing with his guitar in-hand.
