Hi everyone! I grew up on the north shore of MA, attended undergrad at Brandeis University in Waltham, and headed out to central MA for medical school at Umass in Worcester. I’ve spent the last 3 years as a Baystate Emergency Medicine resident and I’m excited to continue my training here as an education fellow!

Chelsea Green, DO

Dr. Chelsea Green

Year of Completion: 2022
Medical School: Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Parker, CO
Residency: Emergency Medicine, UMMS-Baystate, Springfield, MA

I grew up in Colorado, living primarily in Fort Collins and just outside Denver. I went to Colorado State University for undergrad and graduate school where I was an active member of the marching and pep bands. I then went on to attend Rocky Vista University for medical school.

Over the last several years, I have loved being part of the Baystate family. As I close out my EM residency, I am excited to start a new chapter as a fellow. While we have lived here, my husband and I have fallen in love with New England and are stoked to spend more time here.

When I'm not at work, I can be found: exploring New England, in my garden, on the ski slopes, on my paddle board, or simply hanging out with my husband, orange fluffy cat, and new puppy.
