Community Impact
As a charitable not-for-profit organization, Baystate Health is committed to our mission, "to improve the health of the people in our community every day with quality and compassion." Baystate Franklin supports this mission, alongside our community partners, by extending our investments beyond the walls of our hospital with a focus on improving public health, increasing access to health care, and advancing medical knowledge, while improving quality of life in Franklin County. View our Community Benefits Report, as filed with the Massachusetts attorney general.
Baystate Franklin has partnered with DIAL/SELF Youth & Community Services, a nonprofit serving young people in western Massachusetts. Because of this work, we have been identified as a partner in the Safe Place program. Safe Place is a nationwide initiative to keep young people safe by connecting them with supporting services.
