Creation of Breast Research Registry

The purpose of this project is to create a research registry (a place to store large amounts of data) so we can use it for later studies regarding breast health and breast cancer.
Standard or Comprehensive Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Early-Stage Breast Cancer Previously Treated With Chemotherapy and Surgery

This study evaluates whether the addition of chestwall + regional nodal XRT after mastectomy or breast + regional nodal XRT after breast conserving surgery will significantly reduce the rate of events for invasive breast cancer recurrence-free interval (IBC-RFI) in patients who present with histologically positive axillary nodes but convert to histologically negative axillary nodes following neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
Nivolumab & Ipilimumab in Treating Patients With Rare Tumors (DART)

This phase II trial studies nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

The main purpose of this study is to compare the Human Acellular Vessel (HAV) with arteriovenous fistula (AVF) when used for hemodialysis access.

To evaluate the efficacy of IBP-9414 (study drug) vs. placebo on the prevention of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) and on sustained feeding tolerance in very low birth weight premature infants, as well as the safety of IBP-9414 (study drug) vs. placebo.
Olaparib and Cediranib Maleate in Treating Patients With Recurrent, Refractory, or Metastatic Endometrial Cancer

This phase II trial studies how well olaparib and cediranib maleate work in treating patients with endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent), does not respond to treatment (refractory), or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Olaparib and cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Lung-MAP: A Master Screening Protocol for Previously-Treated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

For this sub-study, you will be assigned to treatment with talazoparib (BMN 673), a PARP inhibitor. The purpose of this sub-study is to find any good and bad effects of talazoparib (BMN 673). Talazoparib (BMN 673) may or may not shrink your cancer and it could also cause side effects.

This phase III ALCHEMIST trial studies genetic testing in screening patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been or will be removed by surgery. Studying the genes in a patient's tumor cells may help doctors select the best treatment for patients that have certain genetic changes.
