Adelia Bardwell Appreciates Heart Care Close to Home in Greenfield
Adelia Bardwell of Whately shares her story: "When I went to Baystate Franklin, not feeling well, I was scared to death. I'd always been active, and yet here I was practically unable to move without huffing and puffing. They told me I had congestive heart failure, but that it could be managed with diet changes and the cardiac rehabilitation program at the hospital.
"My cardiologist, Dr. Timothy Egan, was wonderful. He answered every question I had. I'd give him a '10' all the way across the board.
"Today, my heart doesn't give me any problems at all. And it doesn't keep me from all the things I like to do, like gardening. I'm so thankful to Dr. Egan and everyone else at his office at Baystate Heart & Vascular in Greenfield. They are all so wonderful!"
