A Phase III trial evalutaing use of adjuvant endorcrine therapy in patients with high-risk hormone receptor-positive and HER2/negative Breast Cancer

The purpose of this study is to see whether treatment with everolimus plus hormone treatment after chemotherapy will increase the time without your cancer returning.  The current standard treatment after chemotherapy is hormone treatment alone. The combination of hormone-treatment and everolimus is experimental in patients with breast cancer.

A Randomized Phase II Study of Perioperative mFOLFIRINOX (study drug) versus Gemcitabine/nab-Paclitaxel (study drug) as Therapy for Resectable Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of mFOLFIRINOX (oxaliplatin, irinotecan, and fluorouracil) and gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel. These chemotherapy drugs will be given before and after surgery. This study will allow the researchers to know if it is a good idea to treat pancreatic cancer with chemotherapy drugs before surgery and if so, to see which of the two drug combinations is better.

A Randomized Phase III Clinical Trial Evaluating Post-Mastectomy Chest Wall and Regional Nodal XRT and Post-Lumpectomy Regional Nodal XRT in Patients with Positive Axillary Nodes Before Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Who Convert to Pathologically Negative Axillary Nodes After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

This study evaluates whether the addition of chestwall + regional nodal XRT after mastectomy or breast + regional nodal XRT after breast conserving surgery will significantly reduce the rate of events for invasive breast cancer recurrence-free interval (IBC-RFI) in patients who present with histologically positive axillary nodes but convert to histologically negative axillary nodes following neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

A comparative study of two groups of chemotherapy agents for melanoma

A comparison of fractional flow reserve vs. coronary (heart) Angiography for coronary multivessel evaulation

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR)-guided Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is non-inferior to coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) in patients with multi-vessel Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). FFF-guided PCI might result in lower rates of death, heart attack, and the need for repeat revascularization as compared to what was seen after CABG surgery. There is also the possibility of a chance at a shorter recovery time with the minimally invasive FFR-guided PCI versus CABG surgery.
