The purpose of this research study is to test any good and bad effects of chemotherapy given before surgery, at the time when kidney function is at its maximum. These treatments could eliminate or shrink your cancer, but they could also cause side effects. Researchers hope to learn what percentage of patients will have their cancer eliminated completely by chemotherapy prior to surgery.
