The purpose of this study is to determine if weekly chemotherapy with cisplatin and simultaneous radiation therapy increases the time you live disease-free compared to radiation therapy alone. You will get either standard treatment with radiation therapy OR standard treatment with radiation therapy with the addition of cisplatin chemotherapy.
